We highly value your trust in choosing 1stopJamboree to book and complete your itinerary for you. And we understand there is a great deal of trust needed when booking online. Hence we will duly and diligently protect and safeguard the confidentiality of your personal details.
Information we collect about you
Necessary Information: When you make a reservation through 1stopJamboree, in order to book the hotel, each participant will be asked to complete an online booking form providing us with their name, address, a business or private email, a daytime telephone number and a passport or national identity number, along with any reservation preferences they may have. This information is necessary to complete the booking process.
You can at any time prior to your 1stopJamboree event, review the personal information we have stored on our database by sending us an email marked ‘personal data request'. If there are any changes needed to your details we can amend them when requested.
1stopJamboree will only collect private information for the purpose of completing a booking. We do not use third party distributors.
Compliance Surveys: On completing a 1stopJamboree event we ask all participants to complete a survey based on their personal experience. This is purely because 1stopJamboree is always looking for ways to improve on the service offered and the experience for the customer.
Automatic Information: On visiting www.1stopjamboree.com we automatically collect some information about the visitor's computer, namely the IP address, web browser software and referring web site. This is entirely traffic-related and is for our own internal statistics.
When we may share your information:
- Through our affiliates, such as hotel or activity provider, who must fulfil your itinerary reservations.
- In the event we feel it is necessary to investigate, halt or take legal action to protect 1stopJamboree against illegal or suspected illegal activities. To defend the safety and rights of our clients in regards to our Terms & Conditions.
- In response to subpoenas, orders by the court or other legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against such as a legal claim; or whereby being otherwise required by the law.
- In the case of a merger or acquisition, asset sale or in the event of bankruptcy.
In accordance with European personal data protection laws, strict security procedures are followed by 1stopJamboree to prevent personal data misuse.

We are entitled to change our privacy policies, how we collect data and how we process personal information. Therefore to reflect changes, this privacy statement is subject to amendments.
