What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, don't worry. Your Jamboree agent will be in contact with the airline prior to your arrival, will be aware of the situation and will be waiting for you when you do finally arrive. Your itinerary will also contain contact numbers for both our office and your Jamboree agent, should you wish to speak to us directly.
Unfortunately, however, we are not able to make refunds for services or activities lost due to travel delays or cancellations. It is your responsibility to be in the Jamboree destination for the start of your booking.
Is transport provided during the visit?
Yes, it is. Throughout the visit participants are transported by taxi or private minibus (this includes pick up/drop off at the local airport) although, obviously, this only applies to Jamboree-scheduled appointments and activities.
