Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?

Yes. We realise that things can happen unexpectedly and we do our best to be accommodating in such circumstances. If the cancellation is made at least 7 days before arrival, an 80% refund will be made - that means a loss of the initial 20% deposit. However, as a result of pre-payments/deposits/booking fees/administration costs on our part, if the cancellation is made within days of arrival we will only provide a 50% refund and, between 48 and 24 hours before arrival, a 20% refund. No refund will be made for cancellations made within 24 hours.

What happens if ONE person cancels from a group visit?

Once again, we understand that these things happen and we do our best to ensure that individual cancellations do not impact on the rest of a group. Therefore, the person cancelling will receive a partial refund (see above for details).
