Does the booking include insurance?
No, it doesn't. We strongly advise you to take out private travel and medical insurance before you travel, especially if you plan to undertake any of the more strenuous activities such as Quad-biking or Paintballing.
Can an extra person be added to a group after the booking has been made?
Yes. We always attempt to make requested adjustments, but such changes are subject to availability in the group hotel, although sometimes it is not humanly possible. The later the request is made, the less likely we are to be in a position of fulfilling it. If an extra person is added to a group then a revised bill will be drawn up or a "top-up" payment will be requested.
Is it possible to make changes to my itinerary before arrival?
It's your Jamboree so we'll always try to meet your requests. However, we can't guarantee availability at proposed venues so, again, we would stress that any changes should be submitted as early as possible. How do I pay?
Paying for your Jamboree couldn't be easier and you can either use Paypal, by following the link on your proposed itinerary, or you can make a bank transfer direct to our bank account.
