Can a non-participant join me for an activity?

Yes. As with joining a meal, it is fine for a friend to join an activity as long as there is availability and as long as a "top-up" payment is made to cover them. Again, make sure to inform your Jamboree agent as early as possible.

Can I get a refund if I don't participate in a scheduled activity?

No. If you are late for a scheduled activity, miss it altogether or choose not to participate at the last moment then this is your responsibility and no refund will be given.
