Can I change my hotel during the visit?

If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your hotel during your visit then you can speak to your Jamboree agent and, if absolutely necessary, they will try to organise a change. It is obviously difficult to do this at short notice so you should inform your agent as soon as possible and, even then, we can’t guarantee availability at other hotels. 

It should be noted, however, that alternative accommodation will NOT be found for any individual who is rejected by hotel management.

Can I upgrade my hotel room?

Yes, but this is a personal decision and you will need to pay the additional amount yourself.
