As Part of our continued expansion we are now seeking experienced Tour Agents. Tour Agents or Leaders have one of the most enjoyable yet challenging jobs in the travel industry. They are responsible for making sure the Jamboree runs smoothly, finances are kept under control and ensuring that the customers are both safe and happy and that our affiliated venues are please with their association with us.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking clients to and from Jamboree establishments and activities
- Engaging and involving customers in the Jamboree experience
- Understand the history and culture and Latvian people
- Help with the planning and itinerary building for Jamboree groups
- Make sure groups abide by the rules at all times
- Keep up to date with the happenings within the city and our affiliate venues
- Thinking on your feet
